- 10:30 & 12pm Nutrition for Hockey Players Learn about the ideal diet for hockey players from beginning to pro!
- 1pm & 3pm Hockey 101 Parents are welcome to attend this talk on how to best get your daughter involved in hockey. Learn the lingo, game mechanics and rules from KMHA instructors.
